WOA! It so happened that this "serkele dish" was my first post in this blog, because of the title eye blog EAT!.. I had this on our Bulacan tour in Baliuag, Bulacan. Well actually, at first I'm a bit hesitant to eat this, since I don't even know what it is and how to EAT this. Ok, for some people out there who were puzzled when you saw this picture, we call it SERKELE. It's the same with dinuguan. Yes! blood is the main ingredient here, a cow's blood. Filipinos use the blood of pig to make dinuguan, but serkele uses the cow's blood and beef as for its meat. Honestly, it'sreally hard for me to eat this dish at first but I'am proud that at least once in my life I got the chance to taste it. I'll recommend this to those persons who want to try authentic food and who love exotic dishes. You should try this foodies!
This blog is exclusively based on my point of interests. Whatever that I've posted here depends on what I have read, where I have been and what I did during my travels. This is only for fun and may not be subjected for educational purposes.
