Ok sa Okoy!

Ok, like serkele, I also got the chance to taste the very special Okoy of Gloria Romero's catering services in Baliuag, Bulacan. Yes? you read it right! Ms. Gloria Romero, the very famous actress in the Philippines. It so happened that our tour operator is her nephew.

 Like any other Okoy it is made up of shrimps, cornstarch, egg, salt and pepper to taste and some veggies like squash and carrot. I think what makes this special is the sauce and how they cooked it. But we might not know, maybe there was some other special ingredient in it.:) And yeah, it is a REALLY a must try dish! Hooray for Okoy!
